New Coastal Apartments – Ready in 2029
A 56.57 m² unit is available on the 4th floor, featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, heating, and a parking space in the garage. There are several types of units available throughout the building, including ground floor apartments, standard units, and penthouses of various sizes and layouts.
Construction is scheduled to start in 2026 and will take approximately 2.5 years, with completion expected in 2029. The structure will be made of reinforced concrete with waffle slabs. The façade will be finished in white tones, with an air chamber and rock wool soundproofing for thermal and acoustic comfort. The exterior windows and balcony doors will feature high-quality aluminum frames with thermal bridge break and Climalit double glazing. Blinds will be included in living rooms and bedrooms.
The interior walls will be made of lightweight drywall, and the partition walls will be soundproofed. The apartments will have armored entrance doors, white lacquered interior doors, and built-in wardrobes. Floors in the living areas and bedrooms will be high-quality laminate or porcelain ceramic, selected during construction. Bathrooms will include porcelain ceramic flooring, with non-slip finishes on balconies and terraces. Ceramic will be used in bathrooms and kitchens, while the rest of the walls and ceilings will be finished with latex paint.
Bathrooms will include wall-mounted porcelain sanitaryware, wall basins with resin or mineral countertops, mixer taps, mirrors, shower screens, and electric underfloor heating. Each apartment will have a fully installed and ducted climate control system for heating and cooling, with thermostat control, and hot water will be provided by an aerothermal system.
